El Camino College’s Comprehensive Integrated Plan (CIP) is the culmination of months of thoughtful and thorough work by a broad swath of college representatives including students, staff and classified professionals. This work is our roadmap for where our college will be going during the next ten years, and how we will continue to be a college that evolves alongside the communities we serve.  This work was achieved by carefully listening to various members of our community, as well as industry partners to position us as an innovative local resource for our student’s success while attending El Camino College and even long after they graduate.

This work matters and will be the driving force for our college to impact positive change not only in each of the communities within the El Camino Community College District, but also throughout the entire South Bay and beyond for generations to come. We are in the business of helping to change lives for the better—forever.
